Use of the service
tinycd is a personal music cataloging tool. By using tinycd, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only and not to abuse, exploit, or attempt to circumvent any limits or restrictions of the service.
User-submitted content
When you submit album artwork, textures, or other assets to the tinycd community database, you confirm that the content is either public domain, your own original work, or submitted under fair use. Submitted assets may be reviewed and added to tinycd's shared database for use by other users.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis — reach out if you have an issue.
Service availability
tinycd is an indie project in alpha. We do our best to keep it running, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Features may change, and in rare cases data may be lost. Use at your own risk.
Intellectual property
The tinycd codebase, design, and branding are the intellectual property of the tinycd creator. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialize any part of tinycd without explicit written permission.
